AMEDTEC Timing Error

Problem:

When AMEDTEC ECGPro is opened an error message appears displaying the message:

“AMEDTEC ECGPro detected, that your system has timing issues. We can’t guarantee for accurate time measurements!”

How to fix it:

1. Type ‘cmd’ into the windows Search bar, right click on ‘cmd’ and run as an administrator.

2. In the ‘cmd’ window enter the following text, if using windows 7 or higher;
 bcdedit /set {default} useplatformclock true

3. Press the ‘Enter/Return’ key on the keyboard to apply the changes.

4. Open AMEDTEC ECGPro to check if the error message has been removed.
