1. Open Blue Cherry & Click the Setup Button.
2. Ensuring the ‘Advanced’ button is selected (next to the ‘Help’ button) navigate to ‘Patient Data > Patient data fields’.
3. The top buttons ‘Add, Remove, Up and Down’ determines which parameters are shown and what order they are shown in. Below this is a list of all of the current patient data fields. To add a new Patient data field click the ‘Add’ button.
4. The new data field will be created at the bottom of the list. On the right of the window are the various options for this particular data field.

Shown in | This relates to which tab the parameter will be stored in, in the patient information (select ‘None’ to hide the parameter). |

| Depends on data type: Boolean – no need to enter any additional information. Value – Insert ‘minimum’ and ‘maximum’ values, the unit of the value and the number of decimal places. 5. To move parameters around in the patient file (double click on the patient to access the patient file) they need to be moved in the settings.
e.g. IBW is above the test parameter in the patient file.
Move the ‘Test’ parameter above ‘IBW’ in the settings and press ‘Accept’
Re-open the patient file and the ‘Test’ parameter will have moved above ‘IBW’.
