How to Change a Patient ID in Blue Cherry

Locate the Patient with the wrong ID.



Export this Patient.



Locate and import the Patient you have just exported.



Blue Cherry will display a message “ID already exists, Please enter a new one”




Insert the new/correct ID.



Check that the new Patient has the same tests as the old Patient.



If the tests are the same, delete the Patient with the old ID.
