How to Import Export Single Tests (Blue Cherry Version 1.2.2+ Only)


Export

Import the Patient with the test you want to export. Add an X to the Patient ID (if the patient number already exists).






Select the type of test you wish to export e.g. SVC.  

Select the specific test date  you wish to export.





Right click on the graph and select ‘Export Test’ and click the colour of the test you want to export.


Save it to a memorable place, also name it something memorable e.g. PatientID_FV_01_01_2001 and click ‘Save’


Import


Select or Import the patient you wish to import the test to.



Select the type of test you wish to import. Note: When Blue Cherry imports a test it will be set to the time & date that windows is using, if you wish to import the test on the date the test was originally performed you will need to go into the control panel of the computer, change the time and date manually import the test and change the time back again




Right click on the graph and select ‘Import Test’. 

  


Locate the test you wish to import.


Click open. You will get a warning message saying ‘Test has been performed on a different date. Do you want to continue’ click ‘Yes’.




The test will be opened; if multiple tests are imported they will be stored as colours (Purple, Green, Blue etc…)
