Export a specific group of patients

Ensure the cache size is large enough for the group of patients to be exported. You can do this by going to Setup –> Patient data –> Patient cache –> Max Count (this number should be the set for the number of patients you wish to export)

Now search for and open all required patient files to the cache

Then click the arrow at the right hand side of the ‘Export’ Button and select ‘Export a group of patients’

In Export Mode select ‘Export all Open patients’

This will export all patients from the current cache to a single .grgp group file
