This Error appears on the blue cherry software.
This message is related to a problem with the USB connection form the Ergostik Module to the PC,
This could be caused by the USB Cable or the USB Port on the PC.
Recommended Fix: Test every USB Port on the machine to identify which port is having communication problems
Further Actions: Ensure that the Ergostik USB cable is plugged into an on board USB Port
